Dear Kono,

Here, I am sitting with daddy in the office on this very Monday morning, I have to admit that I really miss you coming to the office to talk to me while I am trying to get something done.

Although I didn’t get any “me” time during the winter break and I complained about it sometimes, but I did have super awesome time spending with you. One of the best things to have you around is I get to be a kid again! I love doing all the new and adventurous things with you and I will truly miss this time when you decide your friends are way cooler than me.

And I love, love, love our Christmas morning together, the moment when you saw Santa brought you exactly what you wanted, your smile is priceless.

I didn’t get to experience Christmas when I was a kid so to experience this magical moment with you is truly my favorite thing to do in winter. As much as I keep saying I don’t like Fall and Winter, but I really love to spend all the special holidays with you!

In four months, you will turn 7 years old. You have became such a smart, creative and kind person. I just want to tell you that life is never boring with you, let’s have more adventures together because every single day counts!!
